Rosa 'White Iceberg' (climbing)
Light: At least 6 hours of direct sun, preferably morning sun with afternoon shade. Avoid reflected heat from west-facing walls.
Water: Regular deep watering; not drought tolerant. Irrigate when the upper 2–3 inches of soil begin to dry, increasing frequency during Phoenix summer heat. Use drip irrigation and keep foliage dry.
Soil: Well-drained soil amended with compost; slightly acidic to neutral preferred. Tolerates alkaline soil but may develop iron deficiency. Apply 2–3 inches of mulch, keeping it away from the crown.
Mature size: Typically 10–15 feet tall and 6–10 feet wide when trained; may grow larger under favorable conditions.
Bloom: Repeat blooms from spring through fall, with strongest flowering during spring and cooler autumn weather. Bloom production may decline during extreme summer heat.
Evergreen / deciduous: Deciduous to semi-evergreen in Phoenix; may retain some foliage through mild winters.
Growth rate: Moderate to fast once established.
